CHATSWORTH, October 23, 2006, –On October 2, 2006, Main Electric Supply Company, supplier of electrical materials in Southern California, opened its fourth store, located at 20931 Nordhoff Street, Chatsworth, CA 91311. Main Electric Opens New Location in Rancho Cucamonga!

In October 2005, Main Electric opened a third branch, which is located in Rancho Cucamonga, California to better serve the San Bernardino County area. The new building, which is located at 9409 Charles Smith Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, just off the I-15 Fwy. and 4th Street, will house a sales team, warehouse personnel, and drivers.

The new Rancho Cucamonga store’s hours of operation are 5:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. It offers a fully-stocked warehouse and ample parking for its customers.

Main Electric Wins A-D Award!

This March, Main Electric Supply Company (Main Electric) was honored with an Affiliated-Distributors (A-D) Award at A-D’s Spring Network Meeting in Dallas, Texas. On hand to receive the award for “Greatest Overall Growth with A-D Vendors” in the large distributor category was Paul Vowels, Chairman of the Board for Main Electric, as well as Scott Germann, President and CEO.

When asked about Main Electric’s response to receiving the A-D Award, Paul Vowels stated that, “It is a tremendous and unexpected honor.” Furthermore, he added that, “We can attribute a considerable portion of our success and growth to Affiliated Distributors, an organization that has given independent electrical distributors, such as Main Electric, the opportunity to compete against national chains, through offering discounts, creating marketing incentives, and encouraging sales and marketing planning with targeted A-D suppliers.”
